The Metro Card

Luckily, since Courtney lived in New York City for 6 years

Courtney and Dave know their way around the subway system

It is so much easier and faster to get where you are going than

in a cab

and a lot less horn blowing

and much cheaper

So..... we loaded up our Metro cards

and rode the subway

A little funny

Dave mentioned to us....

just after we barely all got in the door once...

that we need a plan should we accidently

get seperated on the subway

Dave suggested that if we get seperated to get off at the first stop and wait

and the person left behind

get on the next train and also get off at the next stop

It was only a little later in the

afternoon that we saw this happen

Three women were getting on together

one lady made it on and the doors closed

She was so shocked

She screamed and then said

WHAT DO I DO

So glad we had our seasoned NYC family with us!
