Tuesdays with MeMe

Our last "Summer of 2010" Tuesday in Berry

This was our last Tuesday before school starts

so

we tried to make it extra special

We did an art project

The kids and MeMe painted a sand dollar

as a memory of our beach trip

I was so amazed at how pretty they were

They seriously tried to make them look good

During sand dollar drying times
(while they were drying so they could be painted with another color)

The girls made some brownies
JB3 opted to watch TV

The finished sand dollars

I think they have an eye for it

But, every MeMe thinks that!

Pop got home

and

it was pool time

The girls discovered that if they

covered the pool water outlet

with a noodle

that it would spray like a

fire hose

So....

they proceeded to torture

their little brother

and finally at the end of the day

after their sand dollar was dry

They wrote on the back

to remember this summer
(writing on the back of a sand dollar is harder then you would think)
